Join us for our third mediation series with Joaynna Cook! This 8-week summer series is made for all experience levels in mindfulness or yoga practice.

Each 45min class will start with light movement and breath-work to help us settle in our bodies followed by a 25-30 min meditation. Throughout the series we will dive into different themes and styles to introduce you to the wide variety of mindfulness practices. The goal is to create a sacred space that allows you too slow down long enough to surrender your control, observe your inner landscape without judgment, and welcome everything to coexist.

Adding in sound bowls on 7/23, 8/6 & 8/20 to help deepen your awareness within.
