Kate Litwin

Kate is a downtown Howell resident with extensive experience in fundraising, volunteer management, and event logistics. She holds a B.F.A. in Historic Preservation from Savannah College of Art and Design. As the head of Howell Main Street Inc. and the DDA, Kate works closely with downtown business owners, community stakeholders, City staff, and the Board of Directors, focusing on the continued promotion, economic development, historic preservation, and overall success of downtown Howell.
Kate has a very busy household of two teenage boys, one large St. Bernard, two cats, and one Tortoise. The family enjoys regularly visiting downtown businesses, attending events & festivals, and traveling all over Michigan and points beyond.
