The City of Howell Downtown Development Authority is a Nationally-Accredited Main Street Program. Main Street is a downtown revitalization program developed by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and coordinated through the Michigan Main Street Center. Main Street uses the Four-Point Approach, including Design, Economic Restructuring, Organization, and Promotions Committees.
